Radioactivity
So today, I was walking back from the Hammer Museum so I could study up before my midterm. As I got into the Courtside dorms I quickly turned the corner and I found my right foot splashed with some kind of liquid as a result of the impact of my sandal thongs. Thinking it was just some harmless cleaning solution I got back to my room and studied an hour or so before my restlessness started kicking in.
I noticed some crusty substance in between my toes so I decided to pick at it for fun :]
But that crusty substance between my toes was not crust. It was skin...
"OW!" I thought as I uncovered a fleshy area of the skin between my toes. Have you gotten a paper cut between your fingers before? Unpleasant right?
Well this was worse, because I have to walk everywhere on it.
By this time, my midterm was 45 minutes away so i stuck a cotton swab in between my toes, slipped on a sock, and began my mile long troop towards my midterm.
It's not really in an obvious place where people can see the cut but it shall be my own little personal battle scar. And I live to fight the good fight yet another day.
If you think about it, the situation could have been worse. I could have gotten BOTH of my feet crusty-fied but fortunately my other foot was saved.
Thank you Jesus
